Article 30.4 a) Delivery and reception of waste. Before accepting hazardous waste at the waste incineration or co-incineration installation, the operator shall observe at least the following reception procedures: a) Verification of the documents stipulated in Law 22/2011, of July 28, and, if applicable, those established in Regulation (EC) No 1013/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of June 14, 2006, concerning shipments of waste, as well as in regulations on the transport of dangerous goods.
