Royal Decree 548/2014, of June 27, establishes five certificates of professionalism in the Security and Environment professional family, which are included in the National Registry of Professionalism Certificates, and updates two certificates of professionalism in the Informatics and Communications professional family established in Royal Decree 1531/2011, of October 31, and Royal Decree 686/2011, of May 13, modified by Royal Decree 628/2013, of August 2.

- Annex I. Surveillance, private security, and protection of individuals – Level 2.
- Annex II. Surveillance, private security, and protection of explosives – Level 2.
- Annex III. Basic training and canine education – Level 2.
- Annex IV. Canine instruction in security operations and civil protection – Level 3.
- Annex V. Teleoperations for emergency response, management, and coordination – Level 3.
