1.5.1.22.- Dangerous goods.
The transport of these goods by rail is governed by the International Regulations concerning the Transport of Dangerous Goods by Rail (RID) in force, without prejudice to the current national and EU regulations.
Infrastructure Administrators and Railway Undertakings shall include in their Safety Management Systems the necessary procedures to ensure compliance with the aforementioned regulations.
