Multilateral Agreement M-245 under Section 1.5.1 of the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR), (published in the «Official State Gazette» number 164, of 11-07-2011) on the requirements for environmentally hazardous substances (EHS) related to Class 7, made in Madrid on April 3, 2012.

In accordance with section 1.5.1 of the ADR

On the requirements for Environmentally Hazardous Substances (EHS) related to Class 7

(1) By derogation from the provisions of paragraph 2.1.3.8 of the ADR, Class 7 substances that meet the criteria of Environmentally Hazardous Substances of 2.2.9.1.10, do not need to be considered Environmentally Hazardous Substances for the purposes of road transport.

(2) This Agreement shall be valid until December 31, 2012, for transport in the territories of the contracting countries of the ADR signatories to this agreement. If revoked before that date by any of the signatories, it shall remain valid until the aforementioned date for transport in the territories of the ADR contracting countries signatories to this Agreement that have not revoked it.
