Part A
Transport of dangerous goods in packages
Rule 4. Documents.
- The text of the rule is replaced by the following:
1. Information regarding the transport of dangerous goods in packages and the stowage certificate of the container/vehicle shall conform to the relevant provisions of the IMDG Code and shall be provided to the person or organization designated by the port State authority.
- Every ship carrying dangerous goods in packages shall have a special list, a manifest, or a stowage plan indicating the dangerous goods loaded and their location on board, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the IMDG Code. Before departure, a copy of one of these documents shall be provided to the person or organization designated by the port State authority.
