In accordance with the provisions of Article 48 of Law 29/1998, of July 13, regulating the Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction («BOE» of July 14), and in compliance with the request made by the Contentious-Administrative Chamber of the Supreme Court (Section 101), it is hereby agreed to transmit the administrative record corresponding to the contentious-administrative appeal mentioned in the heading, filed by the Professional Association of Security Advisors against Royal Decree 97/2014, of February 14, which regulates the transportation operations of dangerous goods by road in Spanish territory.
Likewise, in accordance with the provisions of Article 49 of the aforementioned Law, all natural and legal persons who may have derived or may derive rights from the challenged resolution, and those who have a direct interest in its maintenance, are hereby summoned to appear and enter appearances in the proceedings before the aforementioned Chamber within a period of nine days following the notification or, where appropriate, publication of this resolution.
