NOTE ON «ROUTE SALES» IN NATIONAL CONTEXT The ADR allows the «route sales» modality if the States permit it. In national transportation, it is already recognized in section 6 of Annex 1 of RD 97/2014 6. Route sales. Materials accepted under the route sales modality in Spain, in accordance with the ADR. Royal Decree 97/2014, of February 14, which regulates the operations of dangerous goods transport by road in Spanish territory.
