Order JUS/836/2013, of May 7, regulating the notification procedure for highs, lows, and modifications of toxicological data sheets to the chemical products registry of the Toxicological Information Service of the National Institute of Toxicology and Forensic Sciences, and the settlement of the fee provided for in Law 10/2012, of November 20, regulating certain fees in the field of Administration of Justice and the National Institute of Toxicology and Forensic Sciences.
The technical-sanitary regulations affecting products such as bleaches, detergents, and cleaners established the obligation to notify the aforementioned Institute of the marketing of these products and to inform them about their composition in order to meet medical requirements, both curative and preventive, for cases of intoxication.
- The regulation of the procedure for highs, lows, and modifications of toxicological data sheets in the chemical products registry of the Toxicological Information Service of the National Institute of Toxicology and Forensic Sciences, by importers and intermediate users who market mixtures, to communicate the chemical composition of the mixtures and the chemical identity of the substances referred to in article 6.3.l) of Law 8/2010, of March 31, establishing the sanctioning regime provided for in the Regulations (EC) relating to the registration, evaluation, authorization, and restriction of chemicals (REACH) and on the classification, labeling, and packaging of substances and mixtures (CLP), which amends it; as well as any notification, whether voluntary or in compliance with current legislation, made to the Toxicological Information Service.
- The settlement of the corresponding fee, in accordance with the provisions of Law 10/2012, of November 20, regulating certain fees in the field of Administration of Justice and the National Institute of Toxicology and Forensic Sciences.
