The International Agreement for the Transportation of Dangerous Goods by Inland Waterways entered into force on February 29, 2008. It will be applicable on February 29, 2009.
The contracting States are: Austria, Bulgaria, Germany, Hungary, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Russia.
Croatia, the Czech Republic, France, Italy, Moldova, and Slovakia have signed the Agreement and will ratify it soon.
