The Royal Decree 833/1988, in article 38, establishes: «Annually, the manager of toxic and hazardous waste must submit an annual activity report to the competent body of the autonomous community and, through it, to the General Directorate of the Environment of the Ministry of Public Works and Urbanism.»
According to article 39: «The annual activity report, which must be submitted before March 1st, as well as, in any case, the corresponding information to the General Directorate of the Environment of the Ministry of Public Works and Urbanism, shall be formalized in the model specified in Annex IV of this Regulation.»
