Amendments to the ADR 2015

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS AND COOPERATION

Amendments to Appendices A and B of the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR 2015), Amended, adopted in Geneva on June 26, 2015.

Chapter 2.2, Subsection 2.2.52.1.17:

In the note to this subsection, replace «Manual of Tests and Criteria, Part II, Section 20 and Subsection 28.4» with «Manual of Tests and Criteria, Part II, Section 20 and test series E of Section 25».

Chapter 3.3, subsection 3.3.1, special provision 529:

Replace «Mercurous chloride (calomel) is a substance of class 9 (UN No. 3077)» with «Mercurous chloride (calomel) is a substance of class 6.1 (UN No. 2025).»

Chapter 6.2, subsection 6.2.2.4:

In the table, replace the title of the last column «Applicable to manufacturing» with «Applicable».

Chapter 9.2, subsection 9.2.4.7.1:

Replace the content of footnote 7 with the following:

«7 ECE Regulation No. 122 (Uniform provisions concerning the approval of vehicles of categories M, N, and O with regard to their heating system).»

Chapter 9.2, Subsection 9.2.5:

Replace the content of footnote 8 with the following:

«8 ECE Regulation No. 89 (Uniform provisions concerning the approval of:

I. Vehicles with regard to their maximum speed limitation or their speed limiter adjustable function.

II. Vehicles with regard to the installation of an approved type speed limiter (SLV) or an adjustable speed limiter device (ASLD).

III. Speed limiting devices (SLV) and adjustable speed limiting devices (ASLD).»


These Amendments entered into force generally and for Spain on December 26, 2015, in accordance with the provisions of Article 14.3 of the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road.
